Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ki666 platform — including the website at ki666.vip, any associated mobile interface, or any game, betting, or account service offered through ki666 — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using ki666 immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ki666 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Updates to These Terms

ki666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ki666 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on ki666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ki666 is strictly an adult platform. Gambling and sports betting by individuals under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative, or trustee acting for or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any ki666 employee or contractor in a role that may create a conflict of interest with fair-play obligations.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on ki666 or any affiliated platform.

Age Verification

ki666 applies mandatory age verification procedures. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time — including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or following any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or official birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All funds associated with such an account — including deposits, winnings, and any bonus balances — will be held and may be forfeited pending review. ki666 does not provide gaming services to minors under any circumstances. 18+

Account Registration & Security

To access ki666's real-money gaming and sports betting services, you are required to create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your ki666 account — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and payment method details — is accurate and kept up to date. ki666 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend an account where information is found to be inaccurate or unverifiable.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual may hold only one registered ki666 account. Creating, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether through the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ki666 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void all bets and casino activity placed through duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits applied to those accounts;
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending a full account review.

Account Security & Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to access your account or any ki666 service. ki666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use was enabled by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ki666 immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. ki666 may temporarily lock an account as a precautionary security measure pending investigation.

KYC & Identity Verification

As part of ki666's commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. ki666 may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, delayed withdrawals, or account closure at ki666's discretion.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ki666 — including deposits, withdrawals, and balance adjustments — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ki666 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. There is no platform-side currency conversion applied to any transaction.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary. ki666 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your ki666 balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant MFS provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 1 business hour to reflect in your balance depending on the processing times of the originating bank. ki666 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank accounts are processed within 1–24 hours during standard business conditions. ki666 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for security review purposes.

Withdrawal to the Same Payment Source

For security purposes, ki666 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy helps protect players against fraudulent withdrawal requests and is part of ki666's standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

ki666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated within each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the minimum requirements associated with each promotion — typically a qualifying deposit at or above a stated minimum threshold. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device or IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared addresses constitutes abuse and will result in the voiding of the bonus and potential account action.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific terms of each offer — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means ৳1,000 in bonus funds must generate ৳30,000 in total wagered play before withdrawal is permitted). ki666 commits to displaying wagering requirements in plain English before a player accepts any offer.

• Wagering contributions by game type are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet limits while a bonus is active will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• ki666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress by a player shall be honoured under its original terms.

Gameplay & Fair Use

ki666 provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied exclusively by certified third-party providers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game suppliers. ki666 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ki666 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the sports betting section of the platform. General betting rules apply across all markets and include provisions for event cancellation, void bets, market suspension, and result amendments following official rulings by governing bodies (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual odds at the time of bet confirmation, the confirmed odds at the moment of bet placement shall apply.

System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that results in an incorrect outcome, incorrect display of odds or game results, or incorrect crediting of funds, ki666 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and to correct any resulting balance errors. ki666 will not be held liable for any loss arising from system malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, and no player shall be entitled to winnings arising from a demonstrable system error.

Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are expected to use ki666 in good faith for personal entertainment purposes only. ki666 encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — and to visit the Responsible Gaming page for full guidance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ki666 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. ki666 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players — particularly in live dealer or poker games — to gain an unfair advantage, exchange information during play, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics beyond what is available to a standard user.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any unintended platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using ki666 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. All ki666 accounts are subject to AML monitoring, and suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals following use of deposited funds for gaming activity. Any chargeback that ki666 determines to be fraudulent will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred for legal action.
• Underage play: Registering or attempting to register as a player when under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access to ki666.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or ki666 — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ki666 account at any time by contacting player support via live chat from your account dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, ki666 strongly recommends using the self-exclusion tool available in your account dashboard rather than standard account closure. Self-exclusion places a formal restriction on your account for a period you choose — from 30 days to permanent exclusion — and includes additional safeguards designed to support players who feel their gaming may be becoming a problem. Suspension or Closure by ki666

ki666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Dormant Account Policy below);
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority;
• Any other circumstances where ki666 reasonably believes continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or financial integrity.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ki666 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at the email address on file before any dormancy-related action is taken. Dormant accounts may have their remaining real-money balance retained by ki666 after a period of 24 consecutive months of inactivity, subject to applicable notification requirements.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of ki666's service — including account decisions, bonus outcomes, game results, or payment processing — you should contact player support in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. ki666 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. If you remain dissatisfied following ki666's internal resolution process, details of available escalation options will be provided in ki666's response to your complaint.
